What information do we collect?
You may visit our Site anonymously, in which case we gather only web server log file information such as your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, web pages visited, operating system and domain name of your Internet service provider. In order to comply with the Children’s Online Protection Privacy Act (COPPA), Zabra has adopted the following policy (the “Policy”). The Policy controls how we deal with information relating to individuals under the age of 13.
If you are under the age of 13, we may ask for an email address from you without prior consent from you parents under the following circumstances:
• In order to allow one-time communication with you, after which time your email address will be deleted.
• To protect your safety while browsing the Site.
• To protect the security or liability of the Site or in response to a request from a court or law enforcement.
If you are under the age of 13, before providing us with any other information, we ask that you have obtained permission to do so from your parents. If we have reasonable doubts relating to the validity of you having obtained such permission, we may ask for confirmation by requesting one or more of the following:

This Policy applies if you are 13 or under. Any user found to be falsely claiming to be an age that they are not (either older or younger than their real age), if disclosed, may be banned from further participation and your activity may be reported to your ISP or a relevant law enforcement authority, who may take further action at their discretion.
With your permission, we will collect and analyze information about your children’s online and mobile device activities and contacts. To set up each child profile on your account we ask you to provide the certain Personal Identifiable Information for each child, along with additional information that may include each child’s mobile phone number, email address and various online profile log-in credentials. The Products and Services we offer may collect a record of your child’s online and mobile activities, including:
– the online profile/screen names, mobile telephone numbers and email addresses they and their friends use, and in certain situations the text of the online or mobile phone SMS posts and conversations themselves;
– the geographic location of your child’s mobile device;
– your child’s social networking activity and contacts;
– photographs sent, received or uploaded to the Internet by your child; and
– the websites your children visit from their mobile device.
In the course of providing our Products and Services, we may access and store the information contained in your child’s various social networking accounts. The specific information that we may access depends on what explicitly allowed for by the social network in each social network’s Terms of Service. We use the information from the social networks to provide reports and notifications as set forth in the description of our Products and Services. As we do not have control over the user interface provided by social network platforms, we do not accept any responsibility for any changes or problems with the interface or exchange of information provided by any social network.
